Jun Suehiro’s career is the freelance tier’s working-class version. A trained cook who entered the industry “lightly” for savings, debuted on Madonna in 2022, moved to freelance in August, and ranked #11 in the FANZA annual ranking the following year. No crossover, no record, no named label — just consistent volume in the tier that sells by the number.

2022: the cook and the Madonna debut

Before the industry, Suehiro was a trained cook who has said her pay was low and she entered “lightly,” for savings. The industry framing matched the person: a Yamanashi woman from a rural, mountains-surrounded area, packaged as the “natural water-like” archetype.

She debuted on 12 April 2022 as a Madonna exclusive. The stage name came from being told she resembled Ryoko Hirosue.

August 2022: freelance

On 9 August 2022 she announced the move to the freelance tier. As the explainer notes, that is the volume layer — per-shoot work across many studios, sold by output.

2023: the climb

  • April 2023 — FANZA rental monthly #1
  • H1 2023 — FANZA half-year #19
  • 2023 — FANZA annual #11
  • December 2024 — FLASH sexy-actress ranking #25

She also won the M’s Video Group award at the 2023 MOODYZ year-end party.

Now

As of 2026 she is active in the freelance tier, with roughly 150 DVD and 50 VR titles, still placing in the weekly FANZA distribution top 10 as of March 2026. She has also appeared on ABEMA’s Aisuru Haiena reality show.

What this career means

The ordinary freelance career, at its solid best. Suehiro is not a record-holder or a crossover — she is the freelance tier doing what it does, consistently, and landing at #11 in the annual ranking for it. Against the exclusive-heavy roster on this site, she is the counterweight: the tier that sells by volume, represented by someone who entered on a whim and stayed because it worked.
