Konatsu Kashiwagi (柏木こなつ): AV Actress Age, Debut and Taiwan Award

Konatsu Kashiwagi is the freelance tier’s quietly rising case. SOD’s youth label in 2021, freelance since 2022, a FANZA ranking regular, and in 2026 the winner of a creative-work award at Taiwan’s ADULTOPIA expo. No crossover, no record — just consistent work, now recognised internationally.

The short version

2021: the youth-label debut

She debuted on 11 November 2021 as an exclusive on SOD Creative’s “Youth Era” label — the same line that launched Mana Sakura’s era and Hana Himesaki’s. Her entry was the archetype: she has said she did not think of herself as having a large bust until the industry interview pointed it out.

2022: freelance

In April 2022 she left exclusivity for the freelance tier, working across many studios including uncredited concept work.

The rankings

• October 2024 — FANZA monthly #9
• November 2025 — FANZA monthly #6
• H2 2025 — FANZA ranking #11, #5 among freelance performers

2026: the Taiwan award

In March 2026, at ADULTOPIA in Taoyuan, Taiwan, she won Best Creative Works for the MAX-A title Densetsu Beto Chu Jo Kousei to Sensei no Namachūdashi Seikō — an award for the acting and creative execution of a single work. That a freelance-tier performer’s acting was recognised with a named creative prize at an international expo is the point: the volume tier can produce the work that gets awarded.

Also: mumk and film

In December 2022 she co-founded the four-member idol group mumk with Waka Misono. She has acted in the 2025 OP Eiga film Moso Fanfare and appeared on radio.

What this career means

The freelance tier, recognised for its work rather than its volume. Kashiwagi’s career is mostly a ranking story — the volume tier placing consistently — but the ADULTOPIA creative award is the part that matters. It is the industry’s international circuit acknowledging a freelance performer’s acting as best-in-class, which cuts against the usual reading that the tier is anonymous work.
